I will lead your team through writing their personal mission statement, leading to a more purposeful personal and professional life.

- Prompting you to follow through on what you say you are going to do.

Workplace coaching is based on choosing emerging leaders, creating a cohort and alternating group and 1-1 coaching. Through a system of check and balances, more people than you think possible will have a coach who meet with them consistently – helping them move toward a more fulfilling work and personal life. Workplace Coaching is based on contributions from leaders and staff (at all levels). Training, materials, guidelines for effective coaching / tools for coaching and on-going support are included.
